I thought Taiwan products should have better quality then the Mainland, but I was wrong. Expensive and last only one and half year and all kinds of problems gradually pops up. Also very difficult to find replacement parts. Not worth the money

Many different modes which you can select. The sale staff is very knowledgeable. I am able to arrange remove and install the exhaust fan and install a SS plate to cover the back wall with the same company. Much better than finding three contractors to do the work.

Very poor customer service from one of the sales staff at time of purchase and also the two times when seeking resolution to issues related to the LED lights, both of which broke within 8 months of purchase. And when you seek someone else to speak to, they just stand by their policy and also increase the price of replacement parts. Beware. There is a design flaw and a reason they wont warranty the lights.

Poor workmanship and quality. First strong wind caused outside air, dust and dirt to come down vent, causing large amount of heavy dust and dirt to cover cooktop, countertop and floors. When I called to question, was told to go to Home Depot buy a damper and install myself. There is no filtration or anything to prevent this from occurring. Cheap price this time really means cheap quality. Do not recommend purchase from these people

Very bad service. Visit for the new oil cup because mine is broken. One of sales came and I told him what I need. He seem doesn't want to help. Because of just $1 oil cup, not the whole range hood fan
