Absolutely love this store. The store owner, Tina, was so accommodating and friendly. There are amazing sales in the San Clemente store up to 80% off many times. I fell in love with PJ Harlow while living back east where I had to pay retail prices at a high end gift boutique in Historic Savannah. When I moved to San Clemente, I felt I hit the jack pot because they are always having sales. I have many PJ Harlow pieces in Navy, Silver, and Tauge/Silver, and they wash and wear great. Even though they are lounge wear, I wear them out on the town and get compliments all the time. They are also 100% American made. I bring all my friends here. I feel good about supporting this local business. Can't say enough about this store and pray they are here for the long haul!

I am a costumer for a 4years ,ordered 2 night gowns…same size always and they cut the fabric differently now !before was nice and roomy now is not …I grader pay a little more for comfort then have this terrible not comfortable cut 😡

Duped. Large sizes for short women stink. I paid for shipping and I’m paying for returning this junk. Such a loss. Not for full figure women. Tight without support, and thick and fabric is so hot! Scam scam!

Absolutely horrible customer service. I am also a woman business owner and would never treat my customer the way Tina does my husband purchased these pajamas for me for Christmas the lady at the counter wrapped them up he brought them home to me. There was a stain on the top I saw I washed them, and when I folded them noticed that that same stain was on several different parts of the bottoms as well tried to do an exchange first I was told I needed the four digits for my husband’s credit card so I gave the lady at the counter that then she said she did the whole credit card but my husband was out of town so when he got back he went into the store and she said she’d only been working there for two days and we needed to talk to Tina. Tina told us we were being stubborn for wanting an exchange, she offered to clean the stain for us. I’ve never heard of such a thing in RETAIL. !!! Do not shop

Don’t buy from this store. We were on vacation visiting and when I went home I opened the bag. They sold me a top that has a rip and I’ve left 3 messages for them to replace the top with no response. Amazon has same for lower price also
