They’ve got a really beautiful, multi-wall, wrap around mural documenting America through the ages. This was the only open portion, but still well worth a visit, if you’re in Bakersfield.

This is such a special place, if you have not been you need to give it a go. I have been a couple times and was lucky enough to bring my little boy in so he could appreciate it as well. There are plenty of things for kids to see and appreciate although they probably won’t grasp how special it truly is. I thank everyone involved with making this place become a reality. I pray it continues to make a lasting impact and honor those who served for time to come.

You walk into this place and you're immediately impacted! I've had the pleasure of getting a tour and the stories behind these young brave men that gave all for their country... hard not to get choked up! Definitely a must go when you get the chance, the sooner the better! Amazing what they're doing at this gallery for our fallen and their families! This Memorial Day, make it a point to remember what the holiday is about and go by there and pay your respects, you won't regret it!!

I am so thankful to the gallery. They have honored my husband and the other fallen soldiers with these portraits and have told their stories through the art and gallery they have made. Thank you for never forgetting these soldiers and the sacrifices they made for us.
