Be careful shady practices. Like a bait and switch. Rude executives too. Their consultant made a mistake for my campaign and when we went to reprint their vice president said you have to pay again and it is your responsibility.

I have been with Practice Builders since 2010. As with some of the previous reviews, I ran into major problems with primarily contact and service in the recent past. I personally contacted the new CEO and he assured me that there were major changes that were coming to improve service. Vinod was our new contact and helped with major changes to our website, all done with timely responses and excellent service. I have been very impressed with the turnaround in service. I firmly believe that they have cleaned house and offer superior service now.
