This place is awesome! I ended up driving past Precision one day and saw they did alignments and a lot more. I called and spoke to Jada (a very nice and educated woman) about needing an alignment for the new uca’s I had installed by another shop that didn’t do them and she got me on the schedule for the very next day. I brought my truck in and let them know that there was some bad squeaking on my passenger side and I was pretty sure I knew what it was but wanted to see what they would find. Jada called me later that day and told me that they couldn’t perform the alignment due to a bad ball joint on my passenger lower control arm and they offered to fix it and for a really good price! I said let’s do it because the squeaking was killing me at that point lol. They got my truck in the very next week and installed the new parts and did the alignment and the squeak was gone! They went above and beyond to take care of me and Jada was so helpful through the whole process. I will be bringing my truck back to them for all of my suspension modifications and issues from now on. They also have a really nice lounge area to sit and wait with water and coffee and comfy couches with a big tv screen. Doesn’t get better than that. Thank you guys so much!

If I didn't live 8 hours away I would come here anytime I was having suspension, brake, wheel, really any issues non engine and that is not to say Glen doesn't know about em I just dont think he works on them. He did great work for the best price I've ever paid to have work done on one of my vehicles. Ive paid an arm and a leg in the past just to get shoddy work done and leaving me feel like I just got hustled which has driven me to do a lot of my own regular maintenance and routine work on my own cars. Ive messed with transmissions, engines, and suspension/ brake components on my cars. So before I leave on my vacation I change out the inner and outer tie rods because there was a lot of play in them and I felt like I was steering a cruise ship and thought that my eyeballed driveway alignment would be enough to figure out the exact primary and secondary angles, boy was I wrong. So anyway, Glen, who I later found out is the owner, told me couldn't align my wheels upon looking at my truck because my wheel bearing was shot. He didn't have one in stock and drove into town to go get one for me. After he installed the new one he came to me with the old one and explained to me why it had gone bad and showed me what to look for in faulty wheel bearing assemblies. I was in town with my family for a few days and we only had my truck with us so I had to wait the entire time which was not bad at all, 2 1/2 hours, an hour to get to my truck and an hour and a half to do everything, driving time included to pick up the part. He had an immaculately clean waiting area ( the shop appeared to be just as clean ), complementary keurig coffee, and a TV with netflix playing gotham garage, great show for anyone into cars. Thanks again for getting me squared away Glen, the ride home was much smoother and felt much safer than the ride up there those mountain roads were a real pain at first, no wonder why now. It really helped give us peace of mind knowing we weren't teetering on the brink of death with every turn I made or bump I hit. Dropped my car here April 5th 2024 at approximately 1:30 pm to have 2 tires mounted, 4 wheels balanced, and a 4 wheel alignment.

When I picked my vehicle up there was no before and after sheet left in my car showing the alignment measurements. Every alignment shop I have ever been to includes the before measurements and after measurements when you get an alignment. That’s how you prove you even did the alignment.

Approximately 2 weeks later I noticed my rear tires still wearing on the inside shoulder. I called back to ask if they could provide me with before and after measurements so I could see what the issue was. I was told they do not keep before measures of vehicles they align only after measurements. I received an Email showing after measurements with a piece of paper held in front of a computer screen. Also in the email I was told my rear control arm was bent. And that because of that the rear of my vehicle hadn’t been aligned. I received no phone call telling me about this issue. Instead I had to call back myself 2 weeks later after the rear tires were showing wear on the inner shoulders. I was offered a $35 credit due to the rear of my vehicle not being aligned.

On April 27th 2024, I took my vehicle to American Tire and Wheel in Hot Springs and they realigned as well as mounted 2 new tires I purchased to replace the tires that got worn on the inside shoulders. American Tire and Wheel had no issues aligning my car, gave me a before and after printout, and said the rear control arm was fine.

On April 29th 2024 I returned to Precision Alignment. I requested all of my money back for the alignment or I would take them to Small Claims Court. I received $105 back for the cost of the alignment. Proceeded to try to tell me that he did not say my rear control arm was bent, when I have an email from them saying it is. After listening to them try to back pedal for about 5 minutes I just walked out and left.

Would not recommended this place to anyone, terrible communication, non existent professionalism. If I could give them 0 stars for the review I would.

I've done business with this place on 2 separate occasions. Both times I've been completely satisfied with the price and service. I highly recommend this small business to anyone needing anything to do with tires, brakes, alignment, etc!!!

I went to Precision Alignment the first time for an oil change and had an excellent experience. The costumer service waiting area was very nice, clean, and inviting. I was nervous about having to wait with my one year old, but the area was so comfy she fell asleep during our wait. She enjoyed the comfortable couch as much as I did! The outside of the building was just as clean and inviting. There is plenty of parking and it is at a safe location.

As for service, Jada was so friendly and helpful!! Michael did a great job and worked in a very timely manner! I had such a great experience I scheduled an oil change for my husband next week!! I will be a repeat costumer.
