We took a vehicle to have the entire thing detailed a couple weeks ago. They wiped down the driver side door and the dash. Other than that they didn't do anything else to it. When I asked why the carpets weren't shampoed they stated that they were and had used a hand scrubber but couldn't get the stains out. The vehicle didn't smell like cleaner, and when I swatted the carpet dust flew up from it. But it was shampooed? I would have been happy if they had offered to redo it, they did not. Instead we were offered a full refund, ok fine. I go to pick it up and the receptionist says the manager has to sign the check. He comes in signs the check says have a nice day and walks away. No I'm sorry or explanation as to why. The receptionist I dealt with the entire time was super nice and understood why we were upset. The manager however did not contact either of us once. I believe he could have handled it better and could have made an effort instead of just throwing money at us to make us go away.

Precision as far as their body shop and automotive does good work, I just won't make the mistake of hiring them do a detail again.

They handed my keys over to someone who didn’t have permission to take my truck and let them drive off in it
It doesnt matter who set up the appointment, they dont own the vehicle. You shouldnt have to update the procedure of not handing the keys to someone elses vehicle off to the non-owner...they set up the appointment then decided you were too expensive and your response was "ok heres the keys to a vehicle you dont own"?

Stuck on the side of hi -way with 2 kids, Scott came to rescue us on a Sunday. We could not have been more grateful. Not only did he make our children feel safe he gave them coloring books and crayons to keep them preoccupied. We couldn't thank Nathan enough for coming in on his day off to fix our car so we could get back on the road. We are so happy with the service we received. Definitely recommend!

If through misfortune you require collision repair for a vehicle, please consider Precision Collision Inc. in Paris, IL. We have had the pleasure if working with Chad there for over a decade. It seems folks and an animal or two like to run into us. The repairs are completed quickly and the paint match is spot on. The repairs are completed as if the staff were working on their own vehicles. They deal with all major insurance carriers and I highly recommend Chad and staff for any vehicle repairs. They also offer vehicle detailing at very fair pricing and also have rentals available.

We recently purchased a 2018 jeep compass. It was covered in swirl marks.. that just kept getting worse.. then a couple weeks later someone put a nice key scratch down the side! They were amazing 👏! Took out every swirl AND THE DEEP KEY MARK! even touched up a few rock chips off my hood. Very impressed! Now I'm leaning heavily to these guys Turing my jeep from black/chrome to black/pink 🥰

I am beyond grateful for the fast, friendly, professional service Tony provided to me and my daughter. I can’t begin to explain the nightmare we experienced trying to find a tow company to pick us up from the side of the interstate the night before Thanksgiving, and I have 3 different companies I pay for roadside assistance with towing. I am so very thankful Tony rushed to picked me and my daughter up, loaded up my broken down suv, and towed us all the way to Indianapolis. He made sure we had a comfortable ride, offered to stop for restroom breaks/snacks along the way since it was a few hours drive, offered to drive us home from the dealership if we didn’t have a ride home as it was so late arriving in Indianapolis in the middle of the night. I would 100% recommend this company. If I am ever in the area and have car issues again, I won’t even bother calling my roadside assistance companies (several of whom I will no longer have anyways) but I will just call Precision Collision Towing directly. Tony, thank you again! I hope you and your family had a wonderful Thanksgiving!! Thank you for helping get us to our home so we could spend Thanksgiving with ours!
