Sergio is awesome. He worked with me and my budget to get a print job that would work for us in the very tight timeline we needed. The BEST part about Sergio is how responsive and clear he was. This print shop doesn't do everything (some limited book binding options), but the book I had printed was of very high quality and the experience was very positive.

I'm glad to see I'm not alone here, I called to check on the status of my print job and the guy mocked me. There's either something terribly wrong with him or is just unnecessarily rude. Regardless, he should not be working in the customer service industry with that attitude. Pretty shocked to see that they have not gone out of business with the number of consistent reviews. Definitely stay away, Pegasus Express is across the street and had amazing customer service.

All of my staff know, any printing job small to big, needs to be done by Printing Garage!!
It’s such a pleasure working with them. they even make sure before printing quantity, to fix my own mistakes.
The owner is Very friendly too.
Highly recommended!
