Print-N-Play is hands down the best embroidery shop I’ve worked with, and I’ve dealt with quite a few in the high desert over the years. Recently, I brought in 18 jackets to be embroidered, and the experience was nothing short of phenomenal. Aricka went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.

They started by providing me with a sample of the embroidery work and even took the extra step to redo the digitized rendering to ensure I was completely satisfied. Once they embroidered one jacket as a test, they asked if I needed any changes. I requested an adjustment, and without hesitation, they happily made the updates. Their attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction are second to none.

As someone who has been working with embroidery companies for years, I can confidently say Print-N-Play stands out for their professionalism, quality, and turnaround time. Typically, I’ve waited weeks (sometimes months) for my orders with other places, only to end up dealing with issues. But not here. Aricka delivered faster than expected and made sure every single detail was perfect.

This isn’t the first time they’ve impressed me. About a year ago, I had an issue with this location. Aricka stepped in, took control of the situation, and resolved everything to turn me from an upset customer into a loyal one. That’s the level of service and professionalism that sets them apart.

Now, I’m proud to say that as Daniel the owner of Midas Barstow, Midas Victorville and Midas Lake Forest a national brand, we are entrusting Print-N-Play to handle the embroidery for all of our uniforms and jackets moving forward. I have gone 2 time so far and Tim is so friendly and kind. He took care of both my orders, adding photos onto a sweater and shirt. Both came out so nice and he added lettering to the photos.

I brought in some overalls to have the childs play chucky pateren printed on it. Well when i got it todat they didnt even bother to cut out the patteren fully before they put adhered them to the $40 overalls. The end product looks very very cheep and ganaric. Like on the good guys logo that goes on the chest pocket you and visibly see the "cut here" line from the patteren its not centered and hangs off the pocket. The rest the design is little worker stuff hard hat saw n such witch they also did not cut out so those are on a blue background and just looks aweful i am currently in the process of trying to remove the ugliness that they aplyed to the overalls. So i would and will never recommend print and play to anyone for any reason. I get that sometimes there is omly so much you can do but really thay half assed it so bad that the "cut here" line is there

I called today to talk to them about the overalls when a girl answers i explain the reason for my call and her answer was one word.. annnd.. i told her and its a problem. I was put on hold and spoke to the guy in charge he was saying its because it is a heat transfer is why it turned out that way it did but pffered my money back. So when i show up i bring the overalls with me and the guy was very rude. I told him that they disnt even take the time or effort tp cut on the "cut here" line his responce was he had done it personally and because it was a heat transfer he wasnt going to take the time to cut it out right. Where is your professionalism where is the pride in your work. Not any excuses but rather it would have taken awile to do. Ok well you are getting paid this is your business and you flat out tell a paying customer that it would have taken to long to do what you were being paid for. Very unprofessional almost to the point that it was disrespectful. Never will i buy anything from them including my barstow youth football stuff thay they print. I see why they have lost a few big accounts recently the place is a joke.
