CAUTION: ⚠️ As a business owner of 30 years, I wanted to take the time to caution other business owners of the misleading business practices that QeRetail are exercising on their website and via email. I was approached to get a "free mockup" of my website, which I accepted from their agent Stephanie Smith at their California Head Office.

Once I accepted I was then handed over to a Max Ysay & Stacy Jones, and this is when the issues started as they are agents based in India and not California. The communication was difficult and when I expressed that I was not happy and wanted a refund as the initial paid mockup was below standard - they had promised a "Premium Design Service".

I have spent the last 10 days trying to get a refund, only to be told that they do not refund in full only 50% - yet they do not have a refund policy visible on their website.

I have tried all forms of expressing my disappointment and requesting a refund, only to have them ignore my phone calls, emails and WhatsApp - they received $1049 for a free mockup which was sub standard and are now just stealing the funds by not returning any form of correspondence.

I caution all business owners to not deal with this company as you will have your money taken when you express that you are not happy with the quality of work and communication .

The women I work with at QRetail have been really wonderful. They are creative and experts in their field. I also found them really easy to work with. I needed a refresh on my website and they did an awesome job- so awesome, I decided to work with them all year on updates and anything i needed for e-commerce.

I never thought I’d have to write a negative review, but my experience with QeRetail left me no choice. I spent over $6,000 with this company, and they failed to deliver on the promises they made. Despite their assurances that I had nothing to worry about and that I’d be in good hands, they did nothing to achieve the results they guaranteed.

It’s disheartening to know that they took my hard-earned money with no intention of fulfilling their commitments. I’ve reached out to them multiple times for a resolution, but I’ve received no response. I genuinely want them to succeed, but not at the expense of their clients.

I won’t take this post down until they make things right. I urge potential customers to be cautious and think twice before trusting QeRetail with their hard-earned money.

Horrible, horrible company. Installed my website using an ilegally downloaded theme on Shopify, got my account suspended (and my website offline) and then wanted to charge me over 1k to make it right. Run away!

I have had QeRetail do design updates and maintenance for by BigCommerce store for about 10 years and they always do a very professional job and in a reasonable amount of time. Pretty much anything I request they are able to do. Great partner to have to handle the more technical side of our e-commerce store.

Very happy. They converted my website to a new storefront theme and it was quick, accurate and flawless. Very customer service-oriented and very technical capable. I enjoyed working with them and felt I got alot of value for the cost. I will use them again. I had Peter and Pritam on my team. They were quite wonderful to work with. Highly recommend.
