I've purchased several different hats and shirts for myself and my crew from Queensboro. The embroidery is excellent and the price/quality of the apparel has been top notch. The reason I am taking the time to give a 5-Star review, however, is because of their customer service. I had a size issue with some hats (they ran small), and customer service immediately offered to replace them at no charge with a different style that would fit better. That impressed me and that is why I will continue to purchase all our embroidery apparel from Queensboro with confidence.

Outstanding quality. My husband ordered a few work shirts embroidered with our company logo for both of us, and im very impressed at how well they came out. The embroidery is spot on an exact match to our actual logo with the border line, even on the little wheels. The quality of the shirt itself is beyond expectations. The fabric is a little thicker than usual polo shirt, which is great because we work in those, and the inside of the shirt feels like a very soft T-shirt and is super comfortable to wear. And i appreciate that they have many sizes to choose from, even 3XL to fit a big guy like my hubby. Thanks, it looks great 👍🏻

It’s been 25 days since I ordered my Work Gear, and it still hasn’t been delivered. It will be at least another 3 days before it is received . Over 4 weeks to receive an order Is extremely disappointing and I think if people knew this prior to ordering, they would probably go with another company.

The embroidery quality is poor, with uneven stitching and a logo that's too large. The turnaround time and shipping are extremely slow; I waited over a month for my order. Additionally, I'm still waiting for one item, and it's now been over two months since I placed my order.

1st order was awesome! 2nd order had some flaws but customer service was exceptional! Good customer service hardly exists anymore. They made the order right and replaced the 4 items that I sent pictures of. I will definitely continue ordering from this company. Accidents happen and it's ok as long as they stand behind their product. This company did! Definitely recommend them!!

I was a previous retail boutique owner and promotional and private label company. so my review is pretty solid from someone that has experience. Qeensboro has a very easy to make a custom design on the website application, Excellent quality on some of the apparel, nice friendly customer service.... . but a huge lack of organization and quality control I noticed with Queensboro in my opinion. some of the designs came out looking burned, droopy placements and not cemeterial and not consistent. I was hoping to use them more often but got frustrated with the process going back and fourth. I wish them well and hopefully they can turn the ship around.
