We just moved to Cypress from Mission Viejo, and this was my first trip out for groceries. I was pleasantly surprised by all the electric mobility carts!! The store is really large, well organized, we'll stocked and clean. There were friendly smiles throughout the store eager to assist me. At the self checkout, the associate pointed out that my wallet and phone were in the cart so I wouldn't leave them behind.
I look forward to making this our regular grocery store and getting to know the smiling faces here.

Ralph's usually has anything I am searching for with reasonable prices. Ralph's is clean and always has what I am looking for.
Their Gas points are a major plus and help save money for me who is on a budget.
Ralph's has got a pharmacy and over the counter medicine . I shop at Ramps weekly and I'm always satisfied with whatever I purchase there

Has a lot of different items for a grocery store. Had them do a feast for us for Thanksgiving, and the price was perfect for 6 people. We will be shopping there for now on.

This review is directly aimed for their manager Virginia T

She is extremely unprofessional and rude to customers. I had payment problem occurred and she continuously told me that I'm an adult and there's nothing she can do. When I was asking questions about this situation she would keep saying that same response over and over again in a condescending tone.

I shop exclusively at Ralph's for my groceries and will never go back to this one.

This is my go to store since I live so close by and I always find everything stocked clean and fresh. However, there is one lady and I do not know her name. She has a big purple mole on her lower left and she is very rude to her coworkers and can be snippy with the customers. Today, she dressed down another employee by the name of Gemma in front of all the customers, it was awkward and rude, and the other customers seemed to be as uncomfortable as I was. If she is the manager, which I do believe she is, she should know better than to reprimand employees in front of customers . Several times I have gone through the self check line and had a question and she seems irritated to have to help. Perhaps the job is too stressful for her?

The customer service for the meat department is not that great. Also they are always sold out of various meats. They do not stock well for the community during the busy times.
