The room was clean with a rustic design. The rooms are older and a little run down but what you would expect from an older establishment. The parking area is really tight with 2 entrances and only enough room for 1 car to go through, so you have to back up if someone else comes in from the other way. Front desk people were kind and helpful. Over all, I wouldn't have a problem staying here here again if needed. But if you are wanting 5 star rooms with lots of space I wouldn't recommend it.

Did reservation online and got a 10% discount. Check in was fast and easy. Parking was a bit tight. We got 2 rooms and requested one to be downstairs which was honered. The first toom was ok except for the nasty smell the room had. We had to buy scented candles and air freshner spray.The 2nd room was directly above 1st room and smelled just as bad. The bathroom wasnt cleaned and had the used soap on the ledge in the shower. The water was so hot it burned the hand so bad it blistered.

Our room was very nice and clean. The service was very nice and they were super attentive. I need ed the room last minute and they gladly helped us. When in Ramona we will definitely be staying there again

Positive: Hotel staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Negative: The schedule for room cleaning has room for improvement. Yhe first 3 weeks room was not on a schedule without asking front desk for service. It improved my final week there.

Do NOT stay here. I booked through Airbnb, and the room on the listing was nowhere near similar to the room we were placed in. Granted, we weren’t expecting much, we only planned to stay there the one night while we were on a trip, but it was so bad we left and stayed elsewhere after arriving at the hotel at 8:00pm. First, there was chewed up gum stuck to the wall. The staff onsite came to clean it up for us, then left, my boyfriend took a shower, but I kept inspecting the room. There was hair in the bed, under the sheets, in the pillows, it was disgusting. There was paint stains on the floor next to the bed, crumbs all over the floor. The toilet seat was detached from the toilet and moved freely, you couldn’t sit on it at all. My boyfriend gets out of the shower and we then realize every single towel in the room is dirty, with black stains on every one of them. The Airbnb manager would not refund us for this stay as “refunds are not available for this property”. We stayed in room 104, I don’t know if it’s only specific rooms that are on Airbnb or if it is every room, but our room was unacceptable. The best part, there was a $100 damages deposit required upon arrival to stay in that room. Crazy. Save yourself the trauma and go elsewhere.
As for the hotel, I suggest you be transparent with your guests and show them what they are getting when they book it. The only reason I give the service 2 stars is for the on site staff who came and cleaned up the gym and was very kind and gracious when we decided to stay elsewhere, and she immediately refunded my deposit.

CHECK THAT YOU ACTUALLY HAVE A ROOM!

I booked for a weekend, and called to confirm that I booked when I never received an email confirmation. Tha man on the phone confirmed they had me down.

Fast Forward. It is 3 months later. We go to check in and they do not have my reservation. And there's no room at the hotel and it's 11pm at night.

Poor service and organization.

Zero Stars.

They did not offer any condolences or recommendations.

Nice sized room with Parking up front. Air Conditioning, lots of tv Channels, Microwave and Fair sized refrigerator, Older room but clean, Cats got to stay with us for only $27 each, Comfortable sized Bed, Shower heated up quickly, 24 hour Office hours, Friendly Helpful Staff.
