This company is amazing! Every time I have used them I’ve had multiple changes needed and they return my requests promptly, usually within an hour or two, at no additional charge! My current patron owns a multi- million dollar business and she is thrilled with what I have been able to produce with her company logo, thanks to the folks at Rapid Digitizing! I have ordered from these guys before and they did great work, fast turnaround. I placed an order again with them and paid for it. I have yet to receive my order. I called and left several messages, emailed requesting a refund still did not hear from them. Poor Customer Service!

While the final outcome was fantastic, it took 3 emails and a complaint to
PayPal for them to finally tell me they hadn't received the image. The phone number listed is no good. Once I re-submitted the image they return the product within 4 hours. It was a simple 4 color image. When I received the first iteration they return only three colors. I sent them a stern email to make it right and they returned the corrected image within 2hrs.

For product I give them 5 stars but 3 for the total process

I have been using Rapid Digitizing for several different projects over the last 3 years. I am amazed at the sewing designs that they have been able to make out of the detailed pictures that I have submitted. Each time I am thrilled at the finished embroidery that I can make. They let you know that depending on the artwork it might not be the 24 hour turn around. Even then it is only a day or 2 longer. If you have questions they will respond to emails if you follow the links that they provide. I highly recommend this company.

It took 18 days to get my finished product. When I went to use the design I realized they had made it too large to fit my hoop. I asked them to resize it and 10 days later they sent a revision that still did not fit my hoop! It's been 28 days since I placed my order and I still don't have a workable product!
