Horrible place for a geologist with a credit card to visit. You will leave with an unbearable desire to win the lottery and donate to a museum. Amazing store/museum.

Merinya was so kind and thoughtful. She gave us a sound bath and explained to us what the singing bowls were, what they were made of, and their purpose. We really enjoyed speaking with her and she gave us some great advice.

We were made to feel like we were lying about a return we made. We bought two of the melted glass on wood pieces as pictured below. One for $129, one for $149. Got home and realized the $149 piece had cloudy glass. Drove 1.25 hours back a week later to exchange it only to be told that there was no way we paid $149, even though we had the receipt. After 15 minutes of debating with them and clearly getting attitude from the elderly sales lady, Nichole, they finally agreed to give us the credit for $149. We were embarrassed as we were with friends of ours, one of whom is a police officer here in AZ. My wife and I both felt like the sales lady thought we were lying or trying to hustle her over $20. Our friends agreed that they felt the same way about how we were being treated. Yeah, we drove a 2.5-hour round trip to hustle them. The gallery itself has incredible pieces, and we often bring friends and family visitors to see it, but after this experience, we will not be returning.

This location is so big! This shop is filled with the best gems of all kinds! They have books on the stones and gems too. I could get lost in here. There isn't a lot of room tho. I almost got bumped into a big beautiful amethyst. Thankfully I was able to stop myself. I seen some of the pretties gems.
