I have been with real marketing for 7 years now and have done 4 projects in total. Unfortunately something within their system has changed (apparently) and set-up for Canadian addresses is absolutely frustratingly painful to do. Not only did it take a month to get my address list put together, once the mail out started, I realized that many addresses were missed. I love their images and I think for American clients it is great however, new projects for Canadians is just no longer something I would recommend, unless you have all the individual addresses and postal codes already listed out. Unfortunately I wont be continuing on once my contract is up. Sorry real marketing - I’m disheartened because you were a huge part of my regime for almost a decade. 🙁

They have their process streamlined but I don't "feel like a number" because they back it up with really high quality personalized customer service. The design is spot on and the result is very high quality. After just two months I have input four potential sellers in my database (all at different stages, short term and long term followup required) and have secured one listing.

Their turnaround time is extremely quick, they're very patient with edits/changes, and the quality of the work is very high-end. We work primarily with Samantha and she is fantastic.
