WOW! so after my first order with RecProducts, I was so amazed with their service that I went bak again not once but twice again for more products. Needless to say, other departments at Chico State were loving the products we got from here! Another department needed last minute medal and stoles for graduation and Patrick was there to help us! The medals came out amazing and super affordable. We needed stoles and even though RecProducts does not specialize in graduation stoles, Patrick and Lucie were on it and made it happen! We are so grateful that they went out of their way to get our graduation regalia for us and for our students. Will definitely be coming back for more!

I also was able to order a last minute water bottle personalized with a design and quote I wanted. I sat with Patrick and looked for the design until I found the one I wanted. He even bought multiple designs for me to see and pick from - which I SUPER appreciated that! The water bottle is GREAT and way cheaper than a Hydroflask! It works the same! My ice was in there for 2 days!!

Patrick and Lucie were AMAZING! They always answered my calls, texts, and emails and were available for everything I needed. What I loved the most is that they were transparent and honest with prizes and even recommended other places if they were not able to help me with a product. My first order was a gift for the graduating class of 2021 of social workers. Patrick helped me find an affordable option for the graduates. We ended up with name plaques which turned out amazing! RecProducts was kind enough to help sponsor part of these gifts and we REALLY appreciate that! Patrick was amazing in finding the cheapest option but also having good quality. He was able to work with our department, the university, and other students to make sure we received our products on time. Patrick is very knowledgable and will help you with approval of your logo with the university and make sure everything is ready to go. Thank you RecProducts! Our graduates LOVED their gifts! Bad pictures but the gift bags came out AMAZING!

This is an amazing place for any trophy or customized novelty item. The staff is very friendly, very helpful, and will work with you to help ensure whatever project you have is realized. I went here to get two customized trophies for a “bar golf” event and they exceeded my expectations. They were able to meet my deadline in less than a week, get both a male and female golfer trophy as well as put some wonderful calligraphy on the plate. All for an amazing price. I would highly recommend them and will be going back for any customized items I may need in the future!

I went here the day before Christmas Eve hoping to find a gift for the fiance and son of my cousin that had just passed away. I knew it was taking a big risk being so close to Christmas and late in the afternoon but I wanted something personalized for them. I called first and he told me just to come on in. When I got there him and the lady who works with were the best. They helped me pick a style use the right wording and even looked up the little elephants I wanted to be engraved on the things I bought. These two people are extraordinary they took the rest of their day helping me get the perfect gift and listening to my story and telling me theirs. I would highly recommend this place for any of your engraving or personalization needs they have so many things to choose from and are very helpful, kind and great pricing. Thanks again you really went above and beyond to help me out when I needed it the most.

What an amazing business owner. It's obvious that Patrick enjoys what he does for people. I've been wanting to write a review since December, but other things got in my way, until today.

Right before Christmas I purchased a gazing board for a special friend turning 40th. It was an odd size and to big for another engraver in town, but not to big for Recognition Product. Patrick knew just what to do. He quickly created us an example, his recommendations were perfect. I was able to pick it up a few days later and I couldn't have been any happier with the way it turned out.

I am very confident in their ability to create you just what you need to make someone feel special, just as Patrick and his team did for me and my friend who got teary-eyed when she saw the beautiful board that was custom made just for her. Thanks Patrick!

I wasn't completely sure the artistic direction I wanted to go in, but they were able to provide lots of choices and I was very satisfied with the final choice. Ok, so I don’t usually leave reviews. But this place is SO AMAZING I felt I had no choice but to let everyone know how absolutely incredible Patrick and his team are.

The first time I used their services he embroidered names on the back of Girl Scout vests for me. He did it quickly, affordably and was super fun to chat with while we talked about color and font options. Picked up the vests a few days later and they were perfect.

The next time I went into his shop I asked for a miracle. Other screenprinting shops in town laughed me out of their stores when I asked if they could do 40 custom shirts in two days (and rightfully so, but it never hurts to ask). When I approached Patrick he said, “Let me make some calls and get back to you.” A call an hour later let me know he was going to get it done. No kidding, my shirts were ready a little over 48 hours later. No muss, no fuss: He took our logo, helped design the layout, ordered the shirts in the EXACT color we wanted, and had them ready on time.

It was only when I went to pick them up that he let me know he’d had to drive to Reno the night before to pick up the shirts himself as the manufacturer didn’t ship them on time. Let me repeat that: this man DROVE to Reno and back in an afternoon to pick up the shirts himself so they could be screenprinted here and ready for me on time. I have never experienced such above and beyond service from a company. I am beyond thrilled and grateful to Partick and all those hard workers he has for getting the job done.
I will recommend them to anyone who asks (and people who don’t 🙂
