I am overjoyed at the responsive and friendly customer service. As all backend changes are required to be done on your end, I was apprehensive. Your team does it better and faster and has better ideas than I do. I stayed on phone hold for about 90 seconds when the last change request I did was done and then it was tested looked at and approved. I thought it would be a two day process! Also if who you asked for is working on something else, the person who answers asked what you need done and they take it up like it's the most important thing in the world. This teamwork culture is above expectations.

I found their services generic and not geared specifically to my needs. This was particularly evident in social media posts. When discussing cancelation I was left with the impression that I would not be charged additional fees only to find them deducted from my account. When discussing this with them I was told that there was nothing that could be done about the fees. There seems to be a disconnect between departments and no effort is being made to resolve my concerns. It is unfortunate that they are only interested in a money grab rather than resolving the issue.

customer service is top notch. That is why i am giving them a one star. I have given them our business for over two years. Stay on top of them because they do not deliver their promises. I am still in the second page of google and they never fixed or managed my google maps. Not to mention they do not do a custom page. What they do actually is a cloned website to all their customers. Now that I am parting ways their true colors come out. I am beyond upset with the. I had a 5k website done before they took over now they are leaving me without one as they say its theirs. its their own copy right material? I thought from the start it was custom? Its a template.... I did not take any shortcuts, I paid for all their services, including facebook, instagram, and ppc campaign. I gave them what they wanted to make our business successful and every month we have seen our google statics drop. Our business depends on a team that will work not just bill you every month and create changes only when you call in and complain. A simple call to action button, or a simple update on google maps should be standard. Its like not adding oil to a car after an engine install and having the customer remind us to add oil before we finish the job. I never take the time to review. But beware, they are a good customer care business but I would strongly recommend a second opinion on their back end work. I wish them and everyone the best.
