I came in last minute and Troy still replaced my screen in 20 minutes. The screen ended up being faulty but he told me to just come back in a few days when they got a new one in. I showed up and they fixed it in an hour. I was third or fourth in line. It works perfectly. Very affordable, capable staff and pretty quick service. 10/10.

Had my Mac book up and running the next day. Word of advice don’t purchase screens from online retailers just buy anything from them it could save you money. Customer service was excellent. Don’t forget to leave a tip 🙂

Samsung a51 screen and battery swap from a parts phone. Called in to ask about schedule, said it's absolutely get done before closing and he was right on it. 30 minutes later, was out the door with better battery and screen swapped over. Just charged a labor fee. Easy and fast! Thanks again!

Went today and the customer service was non existent. I took in multiple devices with their chargers and I was told to leave them for 2 or 3 hours. At 4 hours I contacted him and after a bit of nonsense from him I told him I would come in. He told me he couldn't find the cause of the problem. So I took them all home and all of them were dead . So, he hadn't kept them charged to work on them as is typically done. Guaranteed he didn't do anything to these devices. Ive never had this poor of service from Repair All. Unlikely I'll want to give them another chance.
