Rick's Custom Framing

For our now adult daughter’s birthday present, we wanted to frame a news article and photos from her favorite sport. We decided to try something different than the usual large chain framers. We went to Rick’s Framing and met Michael who owns and does the framing himself. We are very impressed that his work is very creative, professional, and complete. He went through with us what we basically wanted and he went above and beyond with the quality and the format. A bonus is that the price is surprisingly affordable. Call ahead as sometimes he is off on Mondays or Fridays.

Rick does an AMAZING job every time! I keep dropping off new projects for him when I pick up the previous order and he is always up to the task. Stop in and check out his "Book of Oddities" where he displays some of his more unique pieces. I will always trust him with my artwork and shadowboxes (and probably other things) forever after.

Rick did a beautiful job framing our piece! We wanted a gallery style setting for a special painting which required that the piece be set so it looked like it was floating within the frame. We are very happy with it and would go back for future framing!

IF you want jaw dropping framing and matting that will knock your socks off, Rick's is the place to go !! Rick is honest, talented, and an all around nice guy!! He can make that dollar special look like the Mona Lisa !! He's that good, and I ought to know!!! I've had any number of treasured photos matted and framed by Rick. He's THE BEST!!!

Bad customer service. Gave me attitude when I brought in my own frame and asked for timing on getting it backed/mounted. Measured wrong even after I told him the correct measurements. Cut the glass I requested, but then got upset when my frame wasnt 100% square (out less than .125"). Ive trimmed glass before, its not horribly difficult, It took an additional 30 seconds with a dremmel tool. Ill find a different shop next time.

Would highly recommend using their services. They went above and beyond to help me choose the best frame for my picture. The whole experience was pleasant from start to finish.
