I really like this place it was my first eye exam ever and they really are professionals at their job. The entire time I felt relaxed and had confidence in the optometrist working with me, I ended up getting a perfect vision score and even then they answered any questions I had and we very assuring. They took great care of me as well as my family, they have good people here don’t underestimate them they have my whole hearted support.

I’ve been going here for a few years now but this last visit was by far above and beyond great customer service. The minute I walked in I had a very warm welcome and went straight into my appointment without a wait. “They even were able to get me in weeks sooner than my scheduled appointment”. I was in desperate need of a new pair of glasses. Sarah helped me throughout my visit and was just a pleasure and so helpful. But a big thanks to the entire office for just be amazing.

From talking on the phone to picking up my prescription glasses, the customer service was fenomenal! The beautiful ladies at reception are very welcoming and extremely helpful. It was my very first time getting glasses and they made it very smooth and easy. Bianca made me feel very comfortable and was a great help when choosing my frames. I had my reservations on posting a review since I did not want to compete for future appointments at this office/clinic, but I had to put my selfishness aside. In my book, this is the #1 optometrist place in the central valley and bay area. The location, the office, the inventory, the optometrist and the staff are exceptional. The staff's attention to detail and care made my family feel special. Wife's lenses had to be adjusted 3 times and they were so patient. This business represents what any other business should strive to be. My family and I can't thank you enough for the service and super care. Everyone of the staff deserves every compliment they received. See you next year.

My first time visiting this office. From my very first phone call till the ordering of my glasses was very professional. I found them to be very accommodating from start to finish.
