Stole and lied to me. Negative reviews and experiences should be shared.
Had a simple leak plugged week prior. I live less than a mile from the shop. Drove the car home and parked it and found Sunday afternoon tire was flat again.
Returned to their shop and asked for it to be repaired once again. They took it back and came to me a couple of minutes later with a small piece of metal, stating a second plug would be required. I agreed to allow them to do it but was in disbelief that a second plug was needed or not identified week prior.
The owner's husband, who was running the place, charged me the repair fee and claimed a second plug was needed.
Due to the disbelief, I inspected my tire before leaving and only found 1 plug. There is no possible way for the second plug to not be visible driving less than 2 miles, from there and home.
I demanded a refund for the second plug!
I requested for them to show me the plug, and their response was pull back around so we can remove our plug and give you the refund. No way!!!! THEY LIED TO MY FACE AND WILL NOT BACK UP THEIR WORK.
There are plenty of other honest shops in town. Choose wisely.

Just moved to Dunn and needed two new tires to pass inspection. These guys were quick, personable, and gave me a great deal. Their seating area was the most comfortable I’ve ever seen in a mechanic shop, and was able to browse at a thrift store right next door while I waited. Got the tires changed one day, then came back a few days later to get the inspection done and was in and out in 15 minutes.

Needed some big tires for my Camaro. 20" don't come cheep. Got 2 used, in good shape temps. They Got them on and married back to the car, sensors linked included. They were friendly and helpful. When time for new rubber I will go back. A+ Go check em out.

I woke up to find a tire that was ¾ flat while staying in Dunn for the night while traveling. A quick Google Map search led me to Robinson’s Tire LLC. I can not believe my good fortune to have this business nearby. They were polite, professional and trustworthy. The tire was repairable and I was back on the road with barely a delay. I’m sure the local folks don’t need to read a review, but if you run into auto trouble anywhere near Dunn NC, do not hesitate to ask these folks for help. They were wonderful. Also, they had comfortable chairs!

My tire flew off (loose lug nuts) and proceeded to roll down 301 right in front of the shop. Dana, Nic and their team immediately jumped into action, jacked up the truck, got the tire back on, and helped me get it out of the road. They stayed with me after hours when they didn’t have to and made sure someone came and got me and truly went above and beyond with customer service.

Not only that, but within 2 days we had the truck fully repaired and Nic kept us up to date with everything he was doing and answered all the questions we had. Absolutely would recommend them!
