I ordered boots on December 1st and never received them. I called the business and they would not send out a new pair nor would they refund my 121.00. They called the post office themselves and they said it was lost. They said they could do nothing until their Insurance claim was settled yet they kept my money. Horrible customer service Buyer Beware!!! They are not BBB accredited

I ordered from them like a couple months ago and I love the products! I ordered some white lace up huaraches! They came in so quick and they are a very reasonable price. They came in like less than a week. The product smelt like leather so that’s how I know it was actually from Mexico Mexico. Definitely get yourself something.

Excellence. This is a word that describes this company. From the ease of placing the order to a timely delivery they were top notch. I ordered a product that was backordered and they contacted me immediately with an apology. They sent a refund immediately and then the product became available a day later. They emailed me the same day to let me know it is back in stock and asked if I still wanted to make the purchase. I did so it shipped right away. These guys run a great business and care about their customers. The product is beautiful and of high quality. I'll buy from Rodeo again. Thanks to your entire staff.

I haven’t received my order yet. But I purchased a Puncho on Monday morning Jan 12 around 7:45am and paid for 2 day shipping. I reached out to customer service and the tone I received was very Unprofessional. The Customer service rep told me I had to understand who they are not “ Amazon “ and that Wed was the 1st day Wed 17th was the 1st day they were back to continue the orders. I told the rep that if you guys can’t meet your obligations they shouldn’t offer it as an option. I asked for a refund and I was told it had already been dropped off at the post office that morning. But according to my tracking number it hadn’t even been shipped out yet. The customer service representative was so rude about the Situation I asked if I could speak to someone in management. And that was Tuesday morning Tue 16th and I still haven’t heard back from anyone. I call the number online and it’s no voicemail setup.
I will not being ordering anything else from them. My experience was very distasteful and unprofessional.

I bought two pairs of huaraches from this shop that I found on Instagram. The order process was super easy and the processing/shipping was incredibly fast. I was gifted another pair of this style of shoe in my regular size, but as leather wears in, they do feel too loose to be comfortable, so I ordered down when I bought these and they are perfect! I love these as a trendy, professional alternative to sandals when I go to work or out on the town. The craftsmanship for the price point is unmatched! I cannot wait to take these on my trip to CDMX at the end of the month ❤️

EVERYTHING about my experience with Rodeo Durango has been exceptional! The order I placed was received within 6 days. Of course, the huaraches I ordered for my husband for our anniversary were a bit too small (my mistake, not Rodeo Durango's), so I emailed them and they responded right away and said they would be happy to exchange them.
I work with customer service all the time, and I can honestly say this company and their employees are top notch. Plus the shoes are just beautiful! Would definitely recommend them and will use them again myself in the future.

Don’t get me wrong they are helpful and respectful but the botin charro is poor quality wore my pair once and as I’m putting them away the next day I see it already had a hole on the side it was all glued together not much stiching in place at all poor quality really disappointed. Keep in mind wore once never have had a pair so bad that they get a hole on the side or any hole in general one of the worst quality pairs I’ve owned. Bout them barely 2 weeks ago too

I loooove my Huaraches. I got the ones with roses carved on them and I get tons of compliments every time I wear them. They’re really light but super durable. Need to buy more!
