Emily Farmer at Dunn, NC was a real pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable about the sectional sofa and lamp that we purchased. She went above and beyond answering our questions, not just with words, but by actually showing us the manufacturing details that we asked about, physically showed us the functions of the sofa -which enlightened us because the product was even better than we thought it was! She was very knowledgeable regarding Rooms To Go procedures.. She did not “hound” us -which made talking with her so easy. Her knowledge about everything was admirable. I would give her 10 stars!! She made our shopping experience fun and exciting, she made us feel very welcome and treated us with sincere kindness. When we go back for more, we will always ask for her 🙂 Thank you for all of your help today Emily! Very knowledgeable - impressive! I just can’t say enough!

Mike Duran was a very good sales person. He showed us 3 different sofas from the ones I selected online. He had to help someone else so we were able to have extra time to determine exactly which sofa to buy. Mike answered any questions I had regarding the sofas; so glad he wasn’t a pushy sales person.

Awful awful experience!!!!You cant even imagine what we’ve been through. Their own repair person came out and said not fixable still will not do anything.If I could give a “0” I would. Their own ppl said it’d be a fight.

Great service rep! She was so passionate about her work and we felt completely comfortable working with T. There was no pressure sales and T was totally in tune with are wants and needs. Additionally, she researched pricing to attain the best price even though price was not as much of a key factor verses what we were being told. We trusted T’s advice and would recommend RTG for anyone looking furniture. Pricing, availability and a clean store. A great shopping ease and experience!

Excellent place to deal with and WOW what a showroom. We shopped at the Dunn store. I what to thank and recommend Ms. Erika Pulley our sales lady. She greeted us with a smile and warm welcome. Asked us what our needs were and directed us to the perfect fit for our living room set. Not once did we feel pressured. Very kind hearted and personal. Highly recommend and we will be back come spring for a patio set.

Hassle free experience! Ask for Mr. Emmett Martin he made our shopping experience seamless and smooth. He allowed us to browse without following us like a lost puppy. He allowed my wife and I to choose without the pushy salesman tactic. Mr. Martin was a delight. I will be asking for him from now on..

I like Rooms 2 Go. They have decent stuff for the price point. We bought our couches from them, and a kid’s dresser. Ossy and Joyce were super nice. I like that the salespeople greet you and leave you alone to browse. The store is good size and has separate sections for kids, patio, mattresses, along with a section for living rooms and dining rooms. I like the Property Brothers couches. Haha.
