Michael and Cindy are awesome. We have had multiple photographers over the years and they are hands down the best. It was the most pleasant portrait session we have ever had! They are the best in town and when they squeezed us in last minute when our other photographer flaked out on us and refused to take our calls at the last minute, other photographers who could not schedule us recommended them to us. I am SO glad we found them! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for family portraits and passport photos. They are THE BEST!!!

I highly recommend the folks at Rosedale Photo. If you are in need of passport photos that might be a little out of the ordinary, such as a Canadian passport, they are the folks to go to. I have used them my last three passports and never had any photos returned which is not unusual for the Canadian Consulate.

I had some 50 year old and older slides that I wanted placed on DVD for my mother's birthday. There were more than 60. Dropped them off on Tuesday and let them know that her birthday was this Saturday but I understand if it takes longer to process the order, as I was really late getting this started. Fully expected this to take a couple of weeks. They called me Friday evening for pick up. 😊 Talk about service. Quick service and nice people with a smile and kind hearts. 💕

After searching all over to get photos done (including being told “yes we do those” and driving to half a dozen different businesses, an hour away from our home, only to find that, no, they actually don’t do those!) I lucked out in calling Rosedale Portrait Studio. They were so accommodating, not only regarding our changing schedule (had to cancel and reschedule a few times, and we ran late because of traffic and coming from an hour and a half away!) but they also welcomed our children to play in their yard with their chickens and cat while we waited, and even sent us off with bags of fresh grapefruit and oranges from their garden, and even a sprig from their peach tree to try and replant!!
They were like a ray of sunshine on an otherwise stressful and difficult day. They also got the pics taken and processed in good time!

I worked with Mike on a newspaper picture of my Brother from back in the 70’s. I wanted it blown up for his Celebration of Life. Mike and his wife did their magic and gave me exactly what I wanted in a 16x20 photo. Everyone loved it. It will be hung in Luigi’s Restaurant. Great little photo studio. Was very accommodating with what I needed, and set up an appointment same-day and had both the shoot and the print-outs done within a few hours! Great stop for any international passport photos with different-colored backgrounds you may need!

I went to have a professional photo taken and I was surprised at how nice I was treated, how fast fast the entire process went and how fantastic the final photo looks. The photographer has over 30 years of professional experience and made the entire process very easy for me. I would certainly go back and have more photos taken.
