Mere words cannot express the best customer service and wonderfulness of State Farm Agent Rosemary Shannon and assistant Sydney. For years Ms Shannon has always been accessible in providing invaluable advice on policies of life insurance for me, my (now adult) children, and in addition, appropriate coverage for my house, my daily driver and 2 classic cars. Plus she's a HOOT to talk with, making it so much fun to pay my bill.
