I came in here to shop and I thought everything was fine. But it wasn't and I wouldn't have bought anything from here if I had heard the conversation about me before I paid

A native woman in a pink floral shirt apparently thought because of the way I look I need to be watched. After I paid and was walking away from the register a different employee said "I told you she wasn't stealing your just rude" if I had known what the woman in pink thought of me before hand I wouldn't have spent a dime at this discount clothing store.

Decent clothes at a cheap price. Plus size friendly and always have pretty dresses. The cashiers are grumpy sometimes but hey, it's customer service. No one likes that job

The staff are really rude & the bathroom is horrible it’s never clean. Very poor management. This Ross is never clean. I seen better Ross that are very organized. They need better management & better staff. I wish I can give this place a zero review.

Shipments come in regularly si new stock can change daily. If it is an item you need pick it up when you see it if you can. Otherwise it may be gone when you come back.

It is always a great place to get those name brands or unique finds for great prices. I found out half the price to some nearby stores with a better selection of shoes and athletic wear I was looking for. It is hit or miss. Sometimes they'll have what you're looking for, sometimes they won't. That's part of the adventure of shopping here.

DON'T EVEN TRY SHOPPING HERE if you are a "normal" size person (women's size 6-16). Because there won't be any clothes!! Maybe you can find a sweater in the middle of July. Or a pair of shorts in November.... Maybe. But they don't even order anything here. They get whatever is sent. Unfortunately, it's not much. Was told they get deliveries several times a week. Of what?! Not women's clothes. Or a ton of size 4 and smaller. No wonder there's only a handful of reviews in the last 3 months. Nobody shops here because they don't have any clothes to choose from!

There is a rude older lady who works the dressing rooms who just gives a bad attitude. Not impressed. They need to talk to them about good costumer service. Maybe it’s just the color of my skin because I didn’t see her act that way to other people.
