BUYER BEWARE: IF THEY MISPRINT YOUR ORDER THEY WON'T GIVE YOU A REFUND.

There's better companies and service in Riverside.

8/9 I rush ordered a 2 custom t shirts for a bday gift- on 8/15 I received them however the company printed lettering on the back of both the shirts - this was NOT submitted or ordered by me.

I emailed them on 8/15 letting them know about the error, they confirmed this was their mistake and would investigate, but didn't a get a final confirmation until 8/19 the company confirmed this was a mistake made by then.

By this time it was too late since the event and birthday and they refused to refund me - even though it was their mistake.

I've came here multiple times for customer t- shirts - they could of made this easy and simply refunded me.

I had been going back and forth with either the actual manager/owner or some bad 3rd party customer service team to respond to emails and even use Chat GPT to send responses. (I have the receipts)

They told me I'd finally get a refund on 9/13 - it took until 9/27 for them to confirm the refund didn't actually go through, they took a screenshot and said they were resending the refund, it was NOT for the full amount and the refund NEVER showed up back on my card,

They claimed only 1 of the shirts was printed in error, I again sent them proof that BOTH shirts had the issue (I still have the proof of the order mock up and the misprinted shirts)

I haven't heard anything since then, it's now 10/20.

So now they've force me to dispute this on my card, leaving reviews everywhere possible.

They could of simply refunded a consistent customer and avoided all of this - but now it's been 3 months of little to no response and lies.

I want to give a big shoutout to Justine and say thank you so much for making things happen! Justine was very professional and went above and beyond to make me 4 t-shirts last minute to celebrate the father of my children this pass Father’s Day, who passed away. We all loved our shirts! I was so pleased with the excellent work done by Same Day Riverside. I needed a retractable banner and t-shirts made for a vendor show that was set to occur within the same week of my request. Not only were the final products beautiful, everything was done within the very tight timeframe I requested. Justine went above and beyond to make sure that I had my products in time for my show. I got so many compliments on both! I will always use this company for any of my future printing needs.

This place is horrible. They’re never on time they leave early. They don’t meet deadlines they get your designs wrong. You pay their prices they tell you one thing and then try to charge you again. I do not recommend.
