Not only Marissa didn’t achieve the BASIC color I asked her for, she was misleading for telling me that semi-permanent toner will stain my hair to then tell me she can completely remove it within 24h. She was also very defensive and blamed me for choosing the wrong swatches although I showed her the ref pic and confirmed that the color is achievable. Yesterday was my birthday and this totally ruined my day. I waited until today but I got no genuine apology, just defensive arguments. I will list the 2 reference pics, my natural hair color and the results.

So, I’m naturally blonde and you’d think asking for a brown color would be the most BASIC think to ask for. Not the case! I showed Marissa my reference picture and she assured me that’s totally achievable. I was then taken to wash my hair and when I was in the most uncomfortable position, she gives 6 swatches to choose from to mix my color. HOW am I supposed to know what will the results be if I choose those colors, I showed you the reference picture and as a hair stylist you should know better! The first results turned in a dark red/brown, NOT what I asked for. She then tells me: no worries I can remove the color completely within 24h, just let me know. I tell her to do so because I want brown not red hair. I showed her the 2nd reference picture and she tells me that’s a completely different color compared to the 1st one but she can do it. I repeated a million times to please not make my hair look red, and she assured me she got it. The results? I turned even more RED the second time. So, she is able to see the different undertones in the reference pictures but she cannot see the difference between red and brown?

Overpriced. Erica T was very unprofessional from the start. Took 10 hours to do a purple balayage that end up looking grey, almost fried my hair and when she was applying product in my hair it got on my eye and she didn’t apologize or offered a towel until I asked her. The overall experience was awful. Don’t recommend.

Had a great first visit here. It has parking, the facility itself is really good. The scheduling of appointment was easy and the confirmation calls are a bonus. A real upgrade from my previous salon. My hair stylist did an amazing job and I look forward to going back and becoming a regular.

Overpriced most definitely! I literally came in for my hair to be straighten or curled because I had an important interview, didn't have time to do it myself. So basically my curls fell because whatever product they used, it was holding my hair. I came home quickly to re do it myself because my hair looks crazy and that's not what I wanted. I called today for a refund and the manager said "no" how can you say that when it didn't work out, wasn't worth $65 even if he offered half back would be acceptable smh never will I ever be back and the nerve for them to ask to come in today smh no my interview was yesterday not today

I've been going to Sasha for over 15 years. He is cutting edge when it comes to style, cut and color and offers amazing hair products. He has a high caliber collection of talented hair stylists and the environment is beautiful with hardwood floors, modern chairs and coffee and tea are available to his customers.
I get compliments about my hair style, color the health of my hair and refer everyone to Sasha. It's important to book out appointments in advance to ensure your spot is saved!

Sasha is a good listener, he understand hair and the types of styles that a hair type can adapt to. In over 10 years I've had unique hair styles and color Long before seeing them on the cover of celebrity magazines. I consider myself blessed to have found a true gem in Silicon Valley.

It is almost a year since I met Sabah at Sasha Salon. She is the best hairstylist that I have ever had. She is very kind, professional, knowledgeable, and patient in what she is doing. She cares a lot about her clients and treats them with respect and care. She listens to you about what you want to do with your hair, and she does her best. I trust her so much and I always feel extremely happy when I leave the salon. I truly recommend Sabah. She is the best!

Had to look presentable for wedding and scheduled my cut only 2 days before the event. Hair was a mess! Luckily I was able to get an appointment and Marissa did a wonderful job. She genuinely cared about my hair and made sure I was happy every step of the way. I got nothing but compliments all weekend. Thank you so much!
