These folks were great all the way around. Expert fabrication and installation at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

We saved a lot of money going there. The counters were great. Only problem we had was the counters were delayed by a couple weeks. Because they accidentally cut it wrong. And had to order more. And his wife said it would be $40 an hour to come glue the corners together. And it took less than 20 minutes. And got charged $75. It would have been nice to know. The price ahead of time. When my neighbor two doors down that I talk to to get his counters been there too. They were sitting all his kitchen counters for 90 bucks. And we only wanted one Corner glued together. And it was $75.

Seven Oaks was recommended to us when it came time to remodel our kitchen. An employee was sent out to measure. I explained 3 times that I wanted a cupboard added in a vacant spot in the kitchen. Asked if they removed the old and then installed the new. The answer was yes. Asked if they disposed of the old and the answer was yes. Said that we wanted the same size back splash as was existing. Picked out what we wanted installed. Got estimate which, by the way, was not itemized. Went in when ready with the 50% down as required. At that time saw the plan that they had drawn up and noticed the extra cupboard I wanted was half the size needed. Brought that to their attention. Same employee came out and measured again. When installed, the back splash on one wall was done correctly. The one on the other wall that the sink sits on was an inch and a half shorter. A line of demarcation was left and Richard said too bad I don’t know what you are going to do about that. Called and went to the office the next day to pay bill and discuss the issues. No office personnel and no Richard. Left message to call back, no one ever did. Had to call again to see if people would be there to pay the money too. Richard said the incorrect back splash was our fault and our issue. Everything they do is a la carte. The hauling of the old cabinets was left up to us. They left them in a big pile in the middle of our front yard. Costs $140 to be removed. They couldn’t hook up the sink as they said so we had to get a plumber.Be careful. Get itemized estimate and they do nothing without a charge. They did do great installation of cabinets and they look very nice.

Seven Oaks is a great reputable company to work with. They are the top cabinet and countertop craftsman’s in the area. If you are look for anything from the most basic to completely custom they can help you out.
