I stopped in to Shoe-Inn last week and I was so impressed. Aside from a beautiful shoe selection, my salesperson, Connie, was absolutely wonderful. Connie was patient, knowledgeable and eager to find the sizes/styles I needed. Customer service is top notch. The store is easy to navigate and beautiful styles are in abundance. Stop in! Horrible. Always wear VINCE. Bought a black/9. Took home and noticed soles dirty. Not new shoes. Worn before. Refused to refund. Never shop here. Used shoes sold as new.

Funny… check out recent Shoe Inn reviews. Awful… their response is false. Yes I bought shoes, excited to find them! and obviously tried on in store on their carpet. Took out of box at home and tried on our carpet. Husband said look at the dirty soles, those are used and not new. They sold me used shoes. My fault for shopping here and not inspecting the bottoms… I’ll stick to Vince online and Bergdorf’s shoe department 🤣🤣

If you don’t shop at Shoe Inn than you’re living life all wrong! They have the BEST selection I’ve ever seen and the employees at this location specifically are FANTASTIC!!!
