My husband took my truck to be washed and vacuumed yesterday and I noticed today they didn't even vacuum the heavy dirty spots. Of course their receipt machine wasn't working so I couldn't even take it back. So we ended up paying them to vacuum and I still ended up doing it myself.

I spent $50 plus a $10 tip and got a la carte cleaning of my leather light seats. $10 up charge to wipe it down. They never did cute little puppy footprints still there. Thought they would do a good job because there was absolutely no one there. I unfortunately was wrong. I will never go back

Absolutely terrible! I had one little spot of sap from a tree on the windshield and made it clear that I wanted that removed., As you can see all they did was smear it! I paid a premium price for extra detailing and and the slot on the console inside my truck still has all the the debris in it that it had when I drove in.

Worst customer service inAZ. They had a long line. I went outside to get help. She said when she is done drying. First lady didn't help me at all. Customers waiting inside....said...this place is not what it used to be. I left. You couldn't handle the business

Great clean for the price. Wish the inside was wiped down a tad bit more thoroughly, but for the price and time I was happy with the results.

Terrible job. Inside was not wiped down, mats still dirty, cup holders not cleaned. Outside mirrors still dirty, wheels dirty. Paid $17.45 for professional job. Very unhappy

Very disappointed. Paid for the works and got the cheapest wash ever. Nothing was wiped down inside of my car. Had to have them come back over and wipe down the back bumper. When I had one f the guys come back over he literally just ignored me. Went and got the manager and SHE did what they should have. I tipped her! Very disappointing
