Literally worse customer service ever. Such a shame. I love the PlayStation products but they really outsourced to the cheapest of cheap for customer service. You're basically just on your own. How do you get a die hard PlayStation fan to rethink their console of choice. I wonder if Xbox customers get treated this way.

I Have Been A PlayStation Fan Throughout My Life, And I Have Played Several PlayStation Consoles From PS1 To PS5. The PlayStation Consoles That I Have Played And Owned Are PS2, PS4, And PS5. I Used To Own A PS2 For 20 Years And Sold It Due To The Fact That I Now Have A PS5

Customer service is f’ing stupid and useless. I spent over 3 hours on 4 different customer service calls today trying to recover my stolen account and on two of these calls customer service hung up. I’ve been paying to a’holes for eight + years and they tell me to abandon my account and start a new one. Why would I keep paying these a’holes so that I can have another account stolen and get laughed at - and pay another year.

They are the worst. The supervisors think they above everyone, the customer service reps are no help it’s like they want to hire anyone without training just because nobody wants to work. I was on the phone with them twice for over a hour to get nothing accomplished. They make so much money and couldn’t even give a receipt number if I was so called charged. Matthew the top flight security supervisor sounded like a robot read everything off a damn screen and knew I was right. No morals no respect no value to the company rather lose people than help them when you couldn’t even answer the question yourself. They make false charges and keep repeating its debt. I never ended up hating a place so bad when I loved gaming before this. I hope this place gets pee’d on

Please update your customer service information regarding USB format for updating PS4 consoles. Your support site indicates only FAT32 is accepted while exFAT works and supported. Had I known this prior to my recent work replacing a PS4 hard drive, it would have saved me a lot of time I did not have to spare working on a simple drive replacement problem. Please update !!
