I was really surprised. I only bought this machine for less than a week. I thought it was too big so I went to the store to ask if they could exchange it for a smaller one. They told me that they could not return or exchange it. It was really disgusting. I will not come back again.

I never use that ,it’s new okay? The blue packaging has not been opened yet. Why didn't they tell me that I couldn't return or exchange the product when I first bought it? And when I went to the store this morning to ask, the staff there told me directly that they couldn't exchange it without asking any questions. Is this a law in the United States?

Organized, clean, has AC and everyone is so helpful here! I like how they don't follow you around the store or make you feel uncomfortable. The in house brand OPTimus pro is actually pretty decent! I have their top coats, 3D gel, Gel X tips, spiderweb gel and rubber base and they've all surpassed my expectations! Really good prices here as well! 😁

I have been going there for 10years, spent thousands of dollars there, nit anymore, bought drills for the nails machine, one of them is not working, too big for the machine, not my problem, they completely ignored me, can't change it, honestly it's only $7, not big deal....but, it hurts, I have been their clients for a long time... im going to Amazon from now on.. sadly you want to support local business, and convenient for me as well...but..no more

Will glare at you the second you come. Stand in front of the door and watch every item it looks like you will touch. If you move toward a different aisle they will follow you . Weird ambiance here.

It have been my fevorite, buying hundred of dollars, but it's no anymore. I was checking for a product they didn't have. They literally started chasing me like I'll will still products. They showed their own misery, ignorance and no appreciation customer. We can buy trendy online not problem.

Do not buy here!!! The owners work here are super rude and obnoxious! They don’t even care to answer you if you only buy small items. No customer respect at all! Plus, I can find better price at better place. Never come back!
