I signed up my 5 YO for a winter break week-long half-day art camp. This was our first time trying a holiday camp, or any type of camp for that matter.

What enticed me was the options: full day all week (minus Christmas Day), half day all week (minus Christmas Day), full day singles days, and half day single days. I also really appreciated the diverse artists that they were studying about, and the mostly, new (to me) art projects that they were doing. Most of the projects seem to have general guidelines but each person's art was unique to them (i.e. not cookie cutter, I do-You do, etc.)

While my son originally didn't want to attend and was content going to his regular afterschool care, at pick up after his first day, he said, "I had a GREAT time at art today!" On day 2, on the way to art camp for drop-off said, "I LOVE art camp!" He has been excited to go to camp everyday so far so I am excited to check out future offerings!

Cannot recommend enough! My six year old daughter went to daycamp at Sparkologie this summer and she had a great time. She came home happy and inspired. I felt good knowing that she was in safe care and using her creative mind! Courtney and her staff are excellent, professional, and lovely. Can't wait to sign my daughters up for additional classes and camps here in the future.

I can't say enough about the wonderful experience my niece had at Picassos at Play. Courtney (I think she's the owner lol) is very welcoming to everyone that walks in. My niece enjoyed the art, design, and STEM class - even made a friend there. Highly recommend, definitely worth checking it out!

Sparkology is the best! My 7-year-old son has been attending classes here since it opened. He loves the fun and inspiring atmosphere and has developed an increased confidence in his art abilities. He has also been able to grow with the various class offerings, most recently dipping his toes into more of the design-focused classes. The kids nights out are also fabulous! A great price, lots of fun, and very convenient for parents who need a few hours to themselves.

Sparkologie (formally known as Picassos at Play) is amazing! Courtney and her team are super sweet and fun! My kids had a blast with Courtney at art camp, so much so, that they didn’t want to leave when it was over! Highly recommend!

My 7 year old daughter attended a week of her summer camp and had such a great time. Courtney really let the kids be free and develop what interested them - including a unicorn that farts sprinkles - or something like that 🙂 The camp ran from 9-12:30 and was just enough time to keep my daughter busy and entertained. We definitely want to try the parent’s night out.

We love the local art studio for our sons. It provides a friendly and safe environment where their imagination and creativity can flourish. The teachers are inspiring and fun, making every session an enjoyable experience. We appreciate Ms. Courtney and staff being so responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend Picassos at Play!

Courtney is a real treasure. She put my six year old daughter at ease right away with her naturally positive, enthusiastic energy. My daughter loves her classes and has so much fun that I sometimes have trouble getting her out of there. Courtney introduces them to some higher brow art ideas but in a fun age-appropriate way (like pointillism for example). My daughter also did two of her holiday parties (Thanksgiving and Winter) and had the best time. She also really enjoyed her STEAM focused Tinkerlab class with Ms Susan. It's a great place for kids.
