We have 2 ebikes that have needed a fair amount of work recently. We’ve had damaged cables, faulty electronics, loose chains and on and on. Jake has been a godsend. He’s great a diagnosing and fixing all kinds of problems. He works quickly so there aren’t long delays for repairs. He’s our 5 star bike repair person. Highest recommendation for sure!

Gabe's service is as described. He picked up my bike when he said he would, no waiting around for him to show up.
The tune-up and repair was done on time and he even cleaned up the ends of my brake and shift cables.

Jake was very accommodating of my schedule. After he fixed my bike he also educated me on aspects of my bike that I had no idea about, things I should have been told when I bought it! I'm very grateful and will definitely use him next time I have an issue

I can't recommend Jake highly enough! I was having issues with my rear derailleur, and then something went totally haywire with my front derailleur. He came to my house, picked up my bike, and did incredible work on it. He was super communicative throughout, and provided clear information including cost estimates for work. He wound up doing a ton of work on the bicycle and it only took a week, and he delivered back to my home. To be honest, my bike rides better now than when it was brand new! The quality of his work is fantastic. And particularly considering all of that, his rates are super reasonable. For reference, I have a 2020 Cannondale CAAD13 105 with disc brakes.

Jake fixed my old pre-war bike! The steering column needed to be replaced and he swung by and provided a quote and then returned with the parts and fixed it in my driveway. Friendly guy and an excellent mechanic. He is my new go to bike mechanic. I didn’t even have to transport my bike to the shop! Super convenient.

Just want to share my great experience with Jake of Spinning Wheels Forever! I got this “project” bike which had been neglected outside in the rain, flat tires, rusty chain…you know the kind of bike. But I really wanted a cruiser to do errands around town without worrying about my expensive bike being ripped off. So I didn’t want to go into a shop and spend more on a tune up than the whole darn bike cost new years ago (-: Yet, this bike was in bad shape. Jake understood my plight, salvaged what could still work and even cut off an old cable lock that had been abandoned on it. He did such a wonderful job that I am flying around the Berkeley flats on this bike in between the rain. I can’t wait for more sun. Thanks, Jake!

Jake did a fab job replacing both wheels on my old n odd but good fitting bike, it needed a new rear gear set and axel and he located the right parts to get it back on the road. Good communication, timely, service oriented, the final price matched his quote, and overall a professional.

Jake was amazing, he came to my house in Jan 2024 and looked over my e bike & then took it to his shop to service it and do the repair work we had talked through. He was very communicative and I ended up buying some accessories from him too. He was even able to get the tricky integrated rear light to work on the back rack. His rates were very reasonable and he will for sure be my go to bike mechanic going forward. Highly recommend!
