Love the store but this review is for Sara M with the short hair. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or something but she was fairly rude while checking me out. Kinda tossing my goods towards me for me to bag myself & she didn’t allow me to finish typing my phone number in for rewards. I placed my basket on the check out counter and she told me I should put it somewhere else. I said “oh I usually always place it here when I’m done or a worker takes it from me.” 🤷Sara please be better at customer service, thanks. I will still shop here since I love sprouts.

Sometimes I come in for a fresh deli sandwich in the morning and it really is hit or miss with the quality I will get. There’s 1 older fellow I know of that will make the sandwich epic! So thank you to whoever that is! Basically meaning it’s a full sandwich, while the others just place the ingredients in the front of the sandwich. Making it seem fuller than it really is but when you get halfway through your sandwich most of the ingredients are already gone. I wouldn’t normally leave a review but I’ve been going here for at least 3 months now and it’s disappointing knowing I’m either going to get a good sandwich to look forward to for lunch or a rushed order. Also to note, some of these workers act annoyed when asked by another coworker if they have time to make a sandwich; their response is an annoyed “no.” Or they try to full on ignore me until I try to make eye contact with someone. Not everyone but definitely most of them. Which is weird to me because as much as prep is their job in the deli, actually serving customers is also a big part of it. So I’m not sure where the confusion on their part is. Just seems lazy or a lack of emotional regulation. It doesn’t take that long to make a sandwich and like I said it IS still part of their job. Would love to not feel like I’m interrupting their busy work day as a paying, patient customer.

I shop here weekly and take my mom here weekly as well... GREAT produce and produce staff, friendly and very nice to my elderly mom. Staff goes out of their way to get stuff and check back stock. Mom buys lots of produce and meat and loves these guys,,, SEAL BEACH SPROUTS the place to shop,
