I was so pleased to learn that there are companies in my local area like Spyder Composites that specialize in fixing damaged carbon frame bikes.
I was devastated to learn that my new bike had frame damage after what I thought was a minor crash. Luckily, I did not need to replace the frame. Frank at Spyder composites was able to fix the damaged areas on the fork and head tube, paint the fixed areas, and re-install brake cables and bar tape all within less than 5 days! I was so pleased that my bike looks good post-repair, and I’m able to get back in the saddle for many more joyous rides to come. I just need to remember to be more careful this time. 😉
I 100% recommend Spyder Composites to anyone who is in need of repairing a carbon frame bike in a very reasonable timeframe and for a fair price.

I decided to take my road bike to Spyder Composites after reading multiple great reviews on Yelp, Reddit, Google, and Roadbikereview. A friend of mine also used them and recommended Spyder for carbon fiber and paint repair. Salar was the one who I was in contact with the entire time and he was very communicative and responsive. He responded quickly to my texts which I truly appreciated. I dropped my bike off on March 1 and by March 13, I received a text from Salar that it was done and ready for pick up. I decided to drop my bike off myself (3 hr drive each way) instead of shipping it as I did not trust shipping. My bike looks amazing as if it was nearly new again. Also their pricing is fair and was almost half of all the other quotes I received from 3 other shops who do carbon fiber repairs. I did not have to stipe my bike down to the frame and was able to deliver as is. The only thing I decided to remove was my bottle cages to give them room to paint. Salar informed me that their work was lifetime guaranteed. I’m glad that I did not go with the local bike shop’s suggestion of replacing my frame. I would 100 percent recommend Spyder as they are just plain reliable, fairly priced, and a pleasure to work with.
