FABULOUS SERVICE ! My wife and I met up with our kids ( and our 2 grand daughters ) in San Clemente today for a post Thanksgiving lunch. After that we checked out a couple of women's clothing stores...our daughter was looking for a warm reversible jacket / coat for her upcoming birthday. WOW ! I walked in here and saw they had a few jackets / coats our daughter might like. In particular a light colored very stylish reversible bomber jacket. Our daughter loved the look and it had side pockets...on the reverse too ! A very helpful sales assistant named Kali pulled out another color in XS...a very subdued green. SO CHIC ! Our daughter tried it on and loved it to death. Erin the manager chipped in with her positive outlook. DONE DEAL ! Our daughter was very happy with her birthday gift !

UPDATE: I spoke with the owner of Swirl and am changing my review because she is an absolute rockstar. She immediately responded to my concerns, asked questions and apologized for our experience. She also offered to help style me/help with sizes online personally. She truly cares about her customers and their satisfaction. Thanks again to Swirl Boutique for being so on top of these issues!

Original Review: Seriously disappointed. My in law's recently went on a trip for their honeymoon in Cali. I was extremely excited because I've been obsessed with swirl (what I've seen online, anyway). She went in with the intention of buying me a few outfits and accessories for my birthday. After quite a while of browsing and picking up items, she still wasn't waited on. I'm not sure if it was a celebrity or what but she said there were several different employees helping to style one girl, constantly running out to pick out a different outfit for her to try on. My mother in law finally asked someone for help, was told "just one minute" and 20 minutes later, was still holding the same clothes waiting for the same person. She finally just put everything down and left. Her only questions were about sizing because she was buying different brands and wanted to make sure all the fits would be correct against my measurements.
