Really fantastic museum with some of the best printed guides I’ve seen that are informative and thought-provoking. I loved the Upholstery CSI section - no wonder it won an award! It’s also a reasonable size - can cover the whole thing in a couple hours.

We were able to squeeze this in on our trip, and I could have spent a lot more time here, though. They had original artwork I remember from history books growing up. They had a great quilt display, pottery, historical silver pieces, and a lot more. We had to high spot it. Give yourself 2-3 hours at least to really check this place out... they also had a cool display of how the renovation of Williamsburg happened.
