Very nice inside, parking and a variety of flowers to choose from. They have flower in jars that let you smell the product. That's new to me, the atmosphere was great and the staff was very attentive and friendly. They have great prices if your on a budget.

No out the door pricing, below average customer service, all corporate brand selection. No independent farms represented. Sales are decent and the hours are convenient. The fact that they are a chain based out of Southern California means they have no ties to the community and the employees are not in a position to assist with service issues outside of the company guidelines. Definitely lost me as a customer based on my last couple of visits. I prefer to spend my money in the community and support local independent dispensaries.

Second time you guys are sly with your deals. It’s the old bait and switch. Spend $75 and still don’t get a 40% discount. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed with your lack of clarity in your deals. First time I spent over the due amount and never ended receiving the discount. Then waited 5 mins at the register and no one came and helped. I understand customers are on the floor but you should have someone at checkout to help others.

I’m an out of towner and preferred this dispensary they always have great weekly deals. I never order online and just signed up today to receive rewards and had some questions when I had walked in to pick up my purchase and the Budd Tender was extremely rude and threw his hands up at me and brushed me off didn’t care for answering any of my questions or leading me to someone that can help me with my patient needs. They are usually all so helpful when I’ve been there other times even the same individual that was extremely rude I still bought my order but will definitely think again about coming here. Your working in the industry where your job is to help us Patients be kind and respectful not do what was done today smh.
