I have completed several projects with The Branding Machine and every single one has been the upmost quality. I have worked with several mural installers in the past and The Branding Machine is superior to all others. Javier and his team are fantastic, and I can't recommend them enough!

The Branding Machine, LLC took our money upfront but failed to deliver the services promised. Despite numerous attempts via emails and phone calls, they never responded or picked up their phone. Al Campbell, their associate, even went as far as declining our phone calls when we tried to get in touch. If/When they do respond, you are met with empty promises and excuses; It's apparent they don't take their customers seriously. When we were able to get in contact with Al, he lied and told us they had "no record of payment" despite our documented QuickBooks invoice confirming payment.

After waiting for a month for our product and contacting the owner, Javier, failed to issue a refund for our invoice totaling over $1,000.00+. It's abundantly clear they prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. This experience has left us completely unsatisfied, and we cannot in good faith recommend their services to anyone. We are thoroughly disappointed by the lack of professionalism and communication from their end.

If I could rate a 0, I would. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere, they will waste your time, take your money, and run with it.
