WARNING! DO NOT choose anything with variations with them. We bought a new townhouse and picked upgrades here. Everyone was great and helpful when we visited. After we decided all upgrades, the designer showed us a few finished kitchen pictures and suggested us to upgrades our kitchens with them which we were not planning to. I have to say the pictures look great. The designer said our kitchen will look great since they will be using the whole slab, and it will be so beautiful, and we agreed to add 15k for that. However, the sample materials they have in the studio are totally different from what they used in our unit. We were shocked when we saw the outcome. They didn’t give us any chance to see the slab before they installed it. The way they put it together is funny, too. It’s totally different from what they showed us in pictures. Also, we realized the designer lied to us! She said we have to upgraded both backsplash and countertop with the same material for the material we chose. I got to know it’s not true when I asked for help on Houzz after installation. People shared their experiences using the same material having different backslash. When we reported the issue to the design studio, they keep saying there is nothing wrong with the material or the finish work which is ridiculous! We spent 15k for the kitchen and felt extremely disappointed.

You can compare the outcome and the sample pieces. Avoid this place if you can. You will be spending $$$$ money for $ quality result.
