Great customer service from start to finish. The woman that helped me was honest & kind. I accidentally gave her to much money & she gave me back what I over paid. Then I recieved a great promo deal. Which was the Shirley Temple infused joints, has a great taste. Thank you for making the experience enjoyable.

This my home shop for years now and it’s the only shop I’ll go to. The staff make you feel comfortable, never rushed, very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. 10/10 recommend Green chamber

I prefer this location. They always keep a good selection of kingrolls in stock, which is my go to. Some of the people that work there are a little dismissive and that's annoying (ex: all 3 budtenders went to watch 1 customer do a drawing, while I was waiting in the order pick up line and 2 other people were waiting in the other line. That was super rude and disrespectful but I have noticed that it is the same budtenders that do these types of things). They are generally nice, have a good selection and the rewards program is legit. The prices are pretty decent too.

Update: after reading my original review, the owner/manager was very responsive and the budtenders became more aware of their surroundings and now the service does not miss! Also, no one treated me rudely for giving feedback, which happens sometimes. Changed to 5 stars! I will continue to drive from Corona every week to come here!

Worst Customer service. If in a hurry, this is NOT the place for you. i’m someone in a hurry. when i’m running errands, I need to go in, buy what I need and move on. First timer who walked in, someone began to assist me immediately. However when I (quickly) made a decision and was ready to pay the girl walked away saying the next girl would cash me out. Before I could agree the girl assisting me was gone and the other girl had started with another customer who was there to “visit”. I stood there waiting. another guy came out to cash out an employee. when he finished, i asked if he could help me. He said sure but then began to fumble around. It appeared as though he had no idea what he was doing. Ultimately, a few minutes later the other girl finally finished with her customer and finally cashed me out. Something that should have taken me about 3-4 mins took more than 3x’s as long. Won’t be going there again.

It's ok but everytime I go in,the security guard follows me to the ATM. And then he'll stand parallel to me and the bud tender to see the transaction. Ive noticed this for some time now. He does it other people of color that comes in as well. You guys need to get a better security guard. One that doesn't racial profile people that come in
