After 37 years living in a distinguished pre war apt building and bringing up a family, having a terrific family life, plus the luxury of being near a superlative village, Bronxville, the landlord after all those years managed to let it fall into disrepair, monthly, yearly to the point of being absolutely in shameful condition and lent itself to be in unlawful code condition.
