The exposition is wonderful, have many wonderful arts, organized, stuff is friendly and restrooms very clean

Many reasons for one star. I am very experienced in the business. Poor location. They claim they curate but very poorly IMHO. see online for yourself. Small turnout. Small sales visible at sales desk where they take thirty percent. Management did not guide exhibiting artists in basics. Any art fair in Manhattan is better than this for value to artists and better for collectors.
