There are lots of things that I like and appreciate about this store and its ownership and the employees but I have to say my number one favorite is that they still carry Redskin gear because in my opinion we will always be the Chowchilla Redskins!!!

Worst service ever! I ordered shirts for a memorial in May, The shirts were not ready the day of so they rushed them. The first wash all the lettering came off. I’ve been messaging them and calling them with no effort to return my messages. I sent the shirts back for a refund and they said they would remake the shirts. Here we are 6 months later, no shirts and no refund! What bothers me the most, I’m in a totally different state so I can’t walk in and speak to them. But someone should have contacted me by now and apologize for the lack of urgency or communication to make this right! I paid $88.05 for three shirts I don’t have, nor did I get an apology or a refund! Six months is long enough to fix your mistake and remake the shirts or to acknowledge your mistake and refund my money! At least reach out to your customer instead of ignoring me and doing nothing! Shame on you for taking my money! It’s been six months!

Why is there only 8 reviews? Were there that many negative reviews that you removed them? Thanks for ruining my sons team's jerseys, how pathetic that you won't even make it right, and you make excuses about it.
