I love this place since the new owner has taken over. She is wonderful very communicative. If I need anything special, she always accommodates me prompt text when things are ready. I love the whole set up where you have an account in a bag and you can drop off your stuff great experience every time.

I brought 2 cashmere sweaters in several months ago. Upon receiving them, they clearly had been washed instead of dry cleaned because they had significantly shrunk from their original size.

I reached out to the store requesting *at least* a refund of the dry cleaning services and considering I would have to repurchase them due to their negligence, I also thought compensation for the sweaters was fair.

The owner asked if I could bring them back in to see if she could fix it. I agreed to that. The first time I went to pick them up after the initial “fix” they had attempted to stretch the sweaters to the match the original length (I brought in the exact same sweater in a different color for reference). The rest of the sweater was still badly shrunken. She asked to keep it again to remedy the rest of the sweaters.

I finally picked up the sweaters several weeks later and yet again, the sweaters are nowhere near the original size. And on top of that, they are warped from being stretched.

I made the decision to repurchase the sweaters. Thankfully they were not hundreds of dollars like most cashmere but it was still very very frustrating.

So I was left with 2 badly damaged sweaters, no refund, and had to go to the trouble to repurchase. Thank GOODNESS I did not bring in my other cashmere items for this visit.

I cannot trust my dry cleaning with them and do not recommend their services. I used to bring my items here frequently but would rather make a further drive to a reputable company that won’t ruin my pieces without any fair solution.

The Village Cleaners is a great business and does excellent dry cleaning services! Every time I go there, they take good care of my clothes. Everything comes back looking super clean and well taken care of.

The people who work at Village Cleaners are not only really good at what they do, but they're also super nice and helpful. They always get my clothes done on time, and their customer service is amazing!

The Estates is fortunate to have such a well run business right here in our neighborhood. No need to drive to town to find excellent dry cleaning services. Liza and team do an outstanding job with my delicate designer clothing. Please note that Village Cleaners is under new ownership as of April 2024, and their customer service is top notch! Fast turn-around time, careful handling of my items, fair pricing, and always with a friendly greeting and a smile. Highly recommend!

Brought in uniform shirts and pants, they are always perfect. They really pay attention to detail. My uniform shirts are difficult to press and they are always done with precision.
