I reached out to TLM randomly from google for roof cleaning service due to home owner insurance cancellation issue, I also decided to clean the whole exterior and surrounding pavement of the house. He did an excellent job as you can see in the before and after pictures, this is a must service everyone should get and he is right person for the job if you want to get it done right. I would definitely recommended TLM for any type of pressure washing services.

Tamer’s work is admiring , pictures prove is better than thousand words.I had power wash service before , nothing as good as TLM pressure Washing Services.
Price is reasonable. I am a very happy customer. Tamer came back to check following day to make sure everything is good . It is hard to find service like this now . Highly recommended 👍👍

I am so glad we hired TLM pressure washing. Our roof was so dirty so that is initially why we hired Tamer. He pays such great attention to detail & made some suggestions on power washing other places around the house as well. I did not realize how badly the house needed these services but I will let the photos speak for themselves. I love that he took before and after photos as well. He worked really hard and got everything done on a Saturday. He was a pleasure to work with & gave us a great deal for the value. He is kind and professional and I highly recommend him to help you with your pressure washing needs!

Just had my roof cleaned by Tamer and I'm really happy with how it turned out. Living in Pacifica, our roofs take a beating from all the salt air and fog. Mine was looking pretty rough with a lot of moss type stuff, but now it looks amazing!

Tamer clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. He used this method called "softwash" that's supposedly gentler on roofs than regular pressure washing. The before and after difference is night and day - I didn't realize how bad it was until I saw the before and after pictures Tamer showed me!

Tamer was great to work with. He knew a ton about different roof types and cleaning methods, and you could tell he really cares about doing a good job. He took the time to explain everything and even showed me some pictures of other roofs he's done.

The whole process was smooth and hassle-free. Tamer was on time, respectful of our property, and left everything spotless. He even followed up a few days later to make sure we were still happy with the results.

I'm really glad I decided to get this done. Our house looks so much better now, and I feel like I'm taking better care of it too.

Tamer did a great job in cleaning our solar panels so we will get better results plus we had algae in between our shingle's will hire him again for our solar and roof cleaning.
