We headed up on a day trip and decided to stop into one of the shops up there to see if anything caught our eye. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Hugo who was super attentive and helped with any questions. He helped decide on a design and was accommodating to any changes! Sat and talked to him and his wife and loved the atmosphere and quality of the work, so much so that we will be returning next weekend! Would definitely recommend to anyone living in or visiting the area!

My girlfriend suggested we get matching tattoos for my 65th birthday and we couldn’t be happier with Hugo and his Apprentice. Very nice/clean shop. I had gotten a couple tattoos done from Hugo and he doesn't have a heavy hand so it didn't hurt as bad and they came out just how I wanted them. I definitely recommend going here if you live in Payson or are driving up from the valley, you won't regret it!

Had a girls day out and we wanted tattoos. My regular artist wasn't available so I reached out to Tonto Tattoo. Hugo got three of us in and did a spectacular job! His studio is clean, he is professional, and very patient and accommodating. Hugo is very creative and talented and shared ideas. I will definitely be going back!
