I've doing business with Tooland for 30 years. They always have a good mix of high to mid quality tools, but most are what I consider contractor grade. Made to last. I buy zero power tools from the 'po'.
They also do repairs and have a good supply of parts. I needed a compressor tank drain today, and Jesse had it.
Being a contractor, I depend on my tools to last. I also prefer to see and 'play' with a tool to see if its right for what I need before I buy. You can't do that online. That's why I go to Tooland.

I've been going here for years. Better than all the big box stores. All the best tools, better prices, good tool repair. Owner is really nice. Tons of specialty tools. They don't sell junk, everything is professional grade at great prices

Great tool supply store when you need a tool Home Depot doesn't carry. (sorry, but true) the prices are competative but usually higher than HD. Hard to compare many of their tools because they have many HD doesn't carry.

The customer service is horrible. There is a worker there that speaks really poorly to the customers. He should be trained to have great customer service and if he doesn’t like his job, then he should choose another job that doesn’t require customer service.

Great selection of hard to find tools. I was able to quickly find an External Torx socket in the size I needed. Great quality metal, made in USA, and not too expensive. Owner was helpful, and business is definitely local. I will definitely come back here first when I need something else.

Not recommended to fix tools👎🏼 got a very bad experiences there. You find good tools here and there, expensive but you’ll get some tools. Gave them two stars because my framing gun never got fixed even when they said it was.

I been in here 3 times and each time I was met with some one with a chip on their shoulder.

When I asked about information about tools i was talked to like I should already know.

Called about about servicing a tool and I had pro for a price range.

Won’t be coming here.
